Basically if we like your graphic site, we will accept you and it is first come first added lol.
We have minor rules, but that don't require you to have a X number of hits.
1.) Keep in contact with us, we will be doing the same
2.) No geocities//freewebs etc.
3.) We will give you a rejection notice if you so desire.
4.) You get a friend out of this and maybe even some more hits.
5.) You need to have made your own layout, donations are alright.
6.) You must link us on every page, for we will be doing the same for you.
